Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Bexsys Timesheet mobile application and web portal (the “Service”), provided by Bexsys Co., Ltd. (“Bexsys”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & accounts

• The Service is for employees and other personnel authorized by Bexsys. Accounts are issued by your administrator; you may not create or use an account you are not authorized to hold.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

2. Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Access data or areas of the Service you are not authorized to use, or attempt to bypass security or authentication controls.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Service, or introduce malicious code.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service except as permitted by law.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of company policies.

3. Accuracy & integrity of records

You are responsible for the accuracy of the attendance, timesheet, leave, and expense information you submit. You must not falsify, alter, or misrepresent any record — including editing an exported timesheet before uploading it. The Service verifies submitted timesheets, and altered or fraudulent submissions may be rejected and may lead to disciplinary action in accordance with company policy.

4. Company property & confidentiality

The Service and all data within it are the property of Bexsys and are provided for internal business use only. Information you access through the Service is confidential; you must not disclose it to anyone outside the company or use it for any purpose other than performing your duties.

5. Intellectual property

The Service — including its software, design, and content — is owned by Bexsys or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for authorized purposes only.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process personal data.

7. Availability & changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, and may modify these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by other appropriate means, and the “Last updated” date above will be revised. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bexsys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

9. Suspension & termination

Your access to the Service is tied to your relationship with Bexsys and may be suspended or terminated at any time — for example when your employment ends or if you breach these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Thailand.
